Mr. Henry Namugera
Founder & Owner – Since 2019 SA – Bio: Over 30 years
Hands-on experience in metal fabrication and construction. Started working in his father’s workshop during secondary school. Graduate of Kyambogo University, Uganda (1999) – Metal Fabrication & Construction. Brought the 45-year family legacy to South Africa in 2019.
Mrs. I. P. Motloung Namugera
Acting CEO / Managing Director Bio: 35 years old
Electrical Engineer – Graduate of University of Johannesburg (Electrical Engineering, finished at 22). Former Eskom professional. Leads strategy and client relations.
Mr. Isaac N. Motloung
Operations Manager
Bio: Professional Engineer with 30 years of engineering experience. Manages daily operations, projects and field work ensuring quality, safety and excellence.
